Shipping During COVID-19

As UPS makes operational adjustments in response to COVID-19, a small percentage of shipments are experiencing delays in transit and extended delivery times. Next Day Koi is committed to keeping your fish happy and healthy during transit and beyond, so we have adapted our shipping procedures to accommodate UPS delays:

Lighter Packing Density – 
We are using larger boxes and packing less fish per box. This means that your fish have more water and oxygen available to support them through the shipping process.

Increased Complimentary Liners – 
We have always examined the delivery time and local temperature for every shipment of fish and added complimentary insulated liners when conditions require. We are adjusting our current guidelines to ensure shipments are packed with the appropriate liners to keep fish cool, happy and healthy.

Please note that UPS has suspended their service guarantee as of March 26, 2020. Next Day Koi is unable to refund shipping costs for any lost or delayed shipments.
